Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations in a cold chain environment. The role involves inventory control, temperature compliance, coordination with transport teams, and ensuring secure and efficient storage and dispatch of temperature-sensitive products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, and dispatch

- Ensure temperature-controlled storage as per product and regulatory requirements

- Monitor and maintain cold room temperature logs and warehouse hygiene standards

- Handle inventory management, stock reconciliation, and FIFO/FEFO compliance

- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams for timely dispatch

- Ensure proper documentation (GRN, delivery challans, invoices, stock reports)

- Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and helpers

- Follow safety, quality, and compliance standards (food/pharma safety if applicable)

- Report damages, shortages, and deviations to management

- Support audits and inspections
