We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and employee records
- Assist with onboarding and documentation of recent employees
- Support attendance, leave and other HR-related processes
- Help prepare HR letters, documents and reports
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR queries and requirements
- Assist the HR/Admin team with day-to-day activities

What We’re Looking For

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers with a degree/diploma in HR, Management, or a related field are welcome to apply

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
