AGM – Civil Construction

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AGM – Civil Construction with strong expertise in residential bungalow projects, particularly from the contracting side, to oversee overall project execution, site operations, subcontractor and contractor coordination, and project management. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, quality, cost control, safety, and compliance with company standards while effectively coordinating between site and office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
- Cost analysis
- Oversee overall site management, including quality, safety, manpower, materials, and timelines.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and Clients.
- Client dealings
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, BOQs, billing, and resource requirements.
- Manage and coordinate office and site operations related to construction projects.
- Review site reports, project updates, and performance of project teams.




- Identify and resolve project-related issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Support management in planning, decision-making, and overall business operations.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and key issues.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in residential/commercial construction.
- Candidates with relevant experience in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, or Karnataka will be considered.
- Strong experience in site management and project coordination.
- Good leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Must have experience in residential construction sites
- Willingness to travel for regular site visits.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
