Job Title: QA (Quality Analyst)

About the Role:
We are looking for a QA (Quality Analyst) who can manage the testing process and ensure the quality of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test software applications and identify bugs or issues.
- Prepare test cases and testing plans.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Report and track bugs and coordinate with developers for resolution.
- Review testing progress and maintain QA reports.
- Coordinate with the development and project teams.
- Ensure software quality before final release.
- Improve testing processes and team performance.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in QA/Software Testing.
- Good knowledge of Manual Testing and Software Testing concepts.
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience with bug tracking/testing tools.
- Positive communication and team management skills.
- Automation Testing knowledge will be an added advantage.
