Job Overview

The HR Executive oversees the daily human resources operations across hospitality and leisure facilities. This role focuses on full-cycle talent acquisition, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, statutory compliance, and promoting a positive workplace culture to support guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, screen, and interview prospective talent for front-of-house, housekeeping, kitchen, and administrative roles. Coordinate seamless onboarding and orientation programs for recent hires.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Serve as a primary point of contact for staff inquiries, mediate workplace conflicts, and drive engagement initiatives to boost team morale.
- Attendance & Payroll Support: Track shift rosters, daily attendance, leaves, and overtime calculations to coordinate accurate monthly payroll processing.
- Training & Development: Organize service-excellence, safety,



and operational training sessions tailored to hospitality standards.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain detailed employee files and ensure adherence to local labor regulations, health and safety codes, and company policies.
- Performance Appraisals: Support management with periodic performance evaluations, feedback cycles, and staff retention efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements

RequirementDetailsEducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience1–3 years of HR experience (prior background in hospitality, resorts, or service industries preferred).Core SkillsStrong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities, proficiency with HRIS software, knowledge of labor laws, and excellent organizational skills.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per month
