Role Overview

Essential Requirements

● Good command of spoken and written English.

● Comfortable attending a 10-day onsite training program before appearing for the final interview with the key decision-makers from our Gurugram office.

● Should be comfortable interacting with US-based customers.

● Passion for sales and customer engagement.

● Strong learning attitude and adaptability.

● Willing to work night shifts from the office.

Key Responsibilities

● Build rapport and establish solid relationships with prospective customers.

● Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable travel packages and services.

● Present and promote travel solutions effectively through consultative selling.

● Handle customer queries and objections professionally.





● Negotiate and close sales opportunities.

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
