About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Analyst with strong Playwright automation experience to join our development center in Kochi. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards across our software projects through a combination of manual and automated testing. You will collaborate closely with business lines, developers, and clients to deliver flawless enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Automation

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web applications.

- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business lines and stakeholders.

- Create detailed test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and user stories.

- Execute test cases, analyze results, and perform thorough regression testing after bug fixes.

- Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing (PC, mobile, tablet) to ensure consistent performance.

Quality Assurance Processes

- Ensure full application of relevant quality assurance protocols and methodologies.

- Document, track, and verify defects and fixes using appropriate tools.

- Assist in developing, documenting, and streamlining quality assurance models and standards.

- Help define and implement recent tools for quality assessment and process improvement.

Collaboration & Communication

- Communicate effectively with customers, internal departments, and peer teams.





- Work collaboratively with developers and project managers to ensure projects adhere to quality standards.

- Manage troubleshooting and resolution of quality assurance issues independently and efficiently.

Required Skills

Core Expertise:

- 2-3 years of experience in manual testing for web-based and standalone applications.

- Must have hands-on experience with Playwright for test automation.

- Strong knowledge of QA methodology, tools, and best practices.

- Experience developing, documenting, and implementing quality assurance standards.

- Proven experience with functional testing, system testing, and regression testing.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

- Experience writing comprehensive test cases based on business requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-platform testing scenarios.

- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
