We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team with day-to-day sales activities such as preparing quotations, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and following up on enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Sales Team with daily sales activities.
- Prepare quotations, estimates, and other sales documents.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Follow up on pending quotations and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required information and documents.
- Assist in preparing product details, presentations, and customer documents.
- Coordinate with the technical, design, purchase, and accounts teams when required.
- Assist the sales team with customer communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare basic reports and Excel sheets.
- Maintain proper filing of sales-related documents.
- Ensure documents and information are accurate and updated.
- Perform other sales support activities as assigned by the reporting manager.

Experience & Qualification

- Freshers can apply.
- 0–1 year of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, or Administration.
- Graduate in any discipline.

Training & Guidance

- Complete training will be provided.
- The candidate will be guided on quotations, sales processes, product information, documentation, customer follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
