Job Description:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with strong Google Ads experience to manage paid campaigns and improve lead generation and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Google Ads campaigns from setup to optimization.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Create and optimize Search Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets, bids and targeting.
- Monitor CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and ROI.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Analyze search terms and manage negative keywords.
- Monitor conversion tracking and campaign data.
- Test ads, keywords and campaign strategies.
- Prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year experience in Google Ads/PPC management.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Search campaigns.
- Good understanding of keyword research and optimization.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and Google Ads metrics.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
