Experience:

5–6 years of professional experience in accounting and financial management.

Education:

- CA / CA (Inter) – Preferred
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance)

Industry Preference:

Candidates with prior experience in the legal services industry and/or law firms will be given preference.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Bookkeeping & Accounting
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, ledger posting, bank reconciliation, and cash flow tracking.
- Compliance
- Supervision of compliances including Tax (GST, TDS, and other statutory tax returns), regulatory, and internal compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors for external audits.
- Financial Reporting & Management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Present financial reports to management with insights for decision-making.

Skills & Software Requirements:

- Experience in Tally ERP.
- Experience in deploying new billing, timekeeping, and financial reporting software
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation rules, and compliance frameworks.
