About the Role

VSM Scholars is looking for a creative and knowledgeable Graphic Designer Trainee who can train and guide our students in the field of Graphic Designing.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both theoretical concepts and practical Graphic Designing skills and should be able to explain concepts clearly through hands-on training and real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Train students in the fundamentals and advanced concepts of Graphic Designing.
- Provide both theoretical and practical knowledge of Graphic Design.
- Conduct hands-on classes and practical assignments.
- Teach students how to create professional designs for social media, branding, advertisements, posters, banners, etc.
- Guide students through real-world design projects and portfolio development.
- Explain design principles such as typography, color theory, composition, layouts, and branding.
- Help students understand industry standards and professional design practices.
- Review students' work and provide constructive feedback.
- Keep students updated with current Graphic Designing trends and creative techniques.




- Create an interactive and engaging learning environment.

Required Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of Graphic Designing.
- Good theoretical understanding of Graphic Design concepts.
- Knowledge of industry-standard designing tools/software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle and train students effectively.

Eligibility

- Experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must have practical knowledge and a good understanding of Graphic Designing.
- A portfolio or practical work samples will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who have previously worked as a Graphic Designer, Trainer, Faculty, or Freelancer can also apply.
