The purpose of a Site Engineer is to gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge in the field of engineering, particularly in construction projects. They typically work under the supervision of experienced engineers/ Supervisor and learn about various aspects of site management, construction techniques, safety protocols, quality control, and project coordination.

Specific Responsibility :

1. Overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.

2. Managing in office activities, ensuring that work is carried out according to plans, specifications, and regulations.

3. Directing and guiding site personnel, including engineers, subcontractors, and laborers, to ensure productivity and adherence to safety standards.

4. Monitoring construction processes to maintain high-quality standards and minimize defects or errors.

5. Managing project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and identifying areas for cost-saving measures.

6. Ensuring that construction activities are completed on time, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to avoid delays.

Enforcing safety protocols and regulations to protect workers and mitigate potential hazards on the construction site.

8. Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during construction, such as design changes, material shortages, or conflicts among stakeholders.

9. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and resolving disputes.

10. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.

11. Providing technical expertise and guidance to resolve construction-related issues and ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications.

12. Identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and best practices implementation to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
