PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

For AIP technology absorption, STW & FATs operations of AIP-EM

AREAS OF EXPOSURE/ WORK BACKGROUND:

Project Management, Execution & Technical Knowledge about Marine Systems / Chemical Plant operations & trouble shooting

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary:

Absorbing AIP technology as part of TOT from NMRL. Getting associated during STW & FATs operations of AIP-EM

Secondary:

To understand, innovate and Implement ideas for improvement/Plant operation. Problem solving during Plant operations





Thorough understanding of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals: Equipment (Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Separators), valves, filters, piping, etc.

knowledge on standards / norms on equipment installation, piping, process control and operations.

Knowledge of Process Plant Control and understanding of control philosophy

Work in compliance with all safety rules and regulations

Communication & Coordination with customer for project related activities

Co-ordination with design, purchase, QC & shop for project activities

Effective interface with Customer, Development Partners & suppliers

Hands-on in ERP LN, PLM, MS Project

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES: Positive Communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, To be able to handle Defence customers, Problem Solving & Creativity
