Position: Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process

Location: Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Salary:

Graduate Freshers: ₹25,000/- In-Hand

HSC/Graduate + Experience: ₹32,000/- Flat In-Hand

Eligibility:

HSC / Graduate candidates

Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

Excellent English communication & fluency is mandatory

Comfortable handling international/US customers

Willing to work in US rotational shifts

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle international customer calls and resolve queries professionally.

Provide accurate solutions while maintaining excellent customer service.

Handle complaints/escalations and follow process guidelines.

Maintain required quality, productivity and customer satisfaction standards.

Accurately update customer interactions in the system.

Work Details:

5 Days Working

2 Rotational Week Offs

US Rotational Shifts

One-Way Transportation Provided
