Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and creative direction.
- Conceptualize and create compelling visual designs for a variety of marketing materials, including digital and print.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design materials.
- Stay current with design trends and software to elevate our creative work.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience as a graphic designer, including experience in a leadership or senior role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work, with a focus on diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
- Exceptional creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
