Junior E-commerce Executive

Location: Vadodara | Work from Office
Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

We are looking for a Fresher / Junior E-commerce Executive, preferably from an Accounting or Commerce background, to join our team and support day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Shopify orders, returns, refunds & cancellations
- Handle and maintain order, payment & customer data
- Respond to basic customer queries
- Work with Excel / Google Sheets for data handling and reporting
- Coordinate and track daily e-commerce operations
- Maintain accuracy in records and transactions

Requirements

- Accounting / Commerce background preferred (B.Com, M.Com or related qualification)
- Good understanding of basic accounting concepts
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good communication and willingness to learn
- Freshers are welcome to apply

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
