Summary:
As a Technology Architect, your day revolves around designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. You will focus on defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. Your role involves envisioning the overall technical framework and ensuring that the architecture aligns with the strategic goals of the organization. You will engage in continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural designs to support evolving business needs and technological advancements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and technical expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing principles and platform integration techniques.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance systems with a focus on reliability.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to technology architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate within architectural constraints.

Additional Information:
