About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Merchandiser who can manage the complete order execution cycle — from order confirmation and supplier coordination to sampling, production, quality checking and final dispatch. The role will involve working closely with suppliers, factories, production and quality teams to ensure products are developed and manufactured as per approved specifications, quality standards and committed timelines.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of textiles, fabrics, product construction, sampling and production processes, along with excellent follow-up and coordination skills. The person will also be responsible for developing new samples with suppliers and identifying new suppliers for our product categories.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Order & Production Management

- Handle orders from order confirmation through production to final dispatch.
- Monitor production progress and ensure all orders are completed within the committed timelines.
- Follow up regularly with suppliers and factories to ensure there are no delays in production or shipment.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve any order-related issues affecting timelines.

2. Supplier & Factory Coordination

- Coordinate with suppliers, factories, production and quality teams for smooth execution of orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers for fabric, accessories and other material requirements as per order specifications.




- Follow up on PP samples and shipments and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with factories to identify and resolve production-related issues.

3. Product Development & Sampling

- Search for and develop relationships with current suppliers for our relevant product categories.
- Develop new samples with suppliers as per the company's sample construction sheet, specifications and requirements.
- Coordinate sample modifications and follow up with suppliers until the sample meets the required standards and is approved.
- Ensure the final product is manufactured as per the approved sample and specifications.

4. Quality Checking

- Conduct quality checks during production and before final dispatch.
- Check product quality, measurements, construction, packing and finishing as per approved standards.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with suppliers/factories for corrective action.
- Ensure all products meet the required quality standards before shipment.

Key Skills & Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Merchandising, Home Textiles, Textiles or Manufacturing.
- Good understanding of fabrics, accessories, product construction and production processes.
- Strong supplier and factory coordination skills.
- Knowledge of sampling, quality checking and measurements.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet strict production and dispatch timelines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work closely with suppliers and factories in Panipat.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
