Finance Transformation – Treasury operate

Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Treasury strategies and operations agendas. Position Summary

Manager/Executive Manager – Treasury Operations

The Manager/Executive Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant treasury operations for our clients. This role requires close collaboration across teams to guide all major treasury activities—cash management, Foreign Exchange, Accounting, reporting, process documentation, and technology enablement—while fostering strong client relationships and leading operational excellence.

Work You Will Do

Demonstrate deep understanding of treasury practices, cash management, payment workflows, reporting, and technology to drive accurate and effective operations.

- Oversee daily, monthly, and yearly treasury activities: cash management activities, payment initiation, bank account administration, signatory management, reconciliations, and compliance with policy standards.

- Lead preparation of covenant compliance reports, board and management presentations, and key performance metrics to support executive decision-making.

- Provide subject matter expertise in cash management, FX, treasury accounting, regulatory compliance, hedging strategies, investment, and intercompany activities across global operations.

- Document and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for treasury, driving process consistency and best practices.

- Serve as primary contact for clients in managing banking relationships, onboarding/offboarding accounts, and resolving treasury queries.

- Mentor and supervise team members while maintaining constant communication with clients to manage performance, foster professional development, enable effective client engagement,



and ensure smooth delivery of services.

- Identify and implement automation and process improvement initiatives in cash management, payments, FX, and reporting using technology-enabled solutions.

- Drive transition initiatives, oversee training programs, and manage change processes by leveraging Treasury Management System (TMS) tools such as SAP, Kyriba, and Visio to facilitate process redesign and migration.

- Experience being part of transformation (implementing TMS, optimizations) is highly desirable and would significantly enhance team capabilities.

- Conduct research on complex treasury issues and develop actionable recommendations for clients and teams.

Qualifications

9+ years of post-qualification experience in treasury operations, including leadership roles in corporate or consulting environments.

- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) preferred.

- Strong working knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba, SAP, Quantum, etc.) and banking portals.

- Experience in team leadership, client relationship management, SOP development, Operational excellence, Treasury transformation, and process improvement.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical ability, and attention to detail.

Education

MBA, Master’s in Finance, or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Business.

Location Hyderabad

Shift/Work Timings

- Flexibility required to work various shift timings, including night shifts as needed by business.

- You will be expected to work from the office five days a week.
