Job Summary

WeShine Academy is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable TET Exam Trainer to train and mentor candidates preparing for Teacher Eligibility Tests such as TNTET, CTET, and other TET examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and exam-oriented TET coaching classes.
- Teach subjects as per the prescribed TET syllabus and exam pattern.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Conduct regular revision and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Explain concepts clearly using effective teaching methods.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Help candidates improve their accuracy, speed, and examination performance.
- Stay updated with the latest TET syllabus, notifications, and examination pattern.

Eligibility





- Bachelor's / Master's degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Previous TET / competitive exam teaching experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome to apply.
