Merlion Asset Holdings is seeking motivated Investment Relationship Agents to support client outreach, relationship building, and approved investment-product communication.

This is a target-driven sales role for candidates who are confident in client acquisition, follow-up, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage your own qualified leads through professional networking, referrals, and approved outreach channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and share approved information about relevant investment opportunities.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain accurate lead and client records.
- Meet assigned monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager and internal team.
- Follow company policies, confidentiality standards, and approved communication guidelines.

Compensation

- Fixed salary: USD 500-USD 2,000 per month, based on experience, assigned role, and performance.




- Fixed salary is payable only upon achievement of the assigned minimum monthly sales target.
- If the minimum target is not achieved, the agent will receive a 2% incentive on verified sales for that month.

Candidate Requirements

- Based in India and legally eligible to work in India.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in sales, financial services, banking, insurance, wealth management, or client acquisition is preferred.
- Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting background is an advantage.
- NISM, CFP, CFA, MBA Finance, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
- Must have an active, verified Binance account.
- Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven workplace.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
