Role Overview
The QC In-Charge will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards across the complete manufacturing cycle—from incoming raw materials to production, finishing, final inspection and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage overall quality control for the Palwal manufacturing facility.
* Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspections.
* Ensure products conform to approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, dimensions, tolerances and finish standards.
* Monitor quality across wood, plywood, MDF, solid wood, metal fabrication, powder coating, painting, polishing, digital printing, signage and branding.
* Identify defects and drive corrective and preventive actions to minimise rejection and rework.
* Coordinate closely with Production, Design, Purchase, Stores and Project teams for quality resolution.
* Conduct pre-dispatch inspections and provide quality clearance.
* Develop and maintain QC checklists, SOPs, inspection formats and quality MIS.
* Establish measurable quality benchmarks and ensure right-first-time production.
* Train production teams on quality standards, workmanship and inspection requirements.
Candidate Profile
* 5–10 years of experience in QC/QA, preferably in furniture, interiors, retail fixtures or manufacturing.
* Solid knowledge of solid wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, metal and surface finishes.
* Good understanding of technical drawings, dimensions and manufacturing tolerances.
* Experience managing quality across multiple manufacturing processes.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
Compensation: ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month
Location: Palwal, Haryana
Pay: ₹8,860.60 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Experience:
