Job Description:
The Manager - Training will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for insurance agents and employees at Axis Max Life Insurance. This role involves assessing training needs, designing curriculum, and facilitating training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members. The Manager will also evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and identify areas for improvement to ensure that the workforce is equipped to meet industry standards and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and create targeted training solutions.
- Facilitate workshops,



seminars, and training sessions using a variety of teaching methods.
- Evaluate the success of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees to foster their professional growth.
