- Manage the daily operations and overall functioning of the salon.
- Supervise, motivate, and coordinate salon staff and ensure smooth teamwork.
- Manage client appointments, walk-ins, bookings, and customer queries.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor salon sales, services, targets, and daily performance.
- Promote salon services, packages, memberships, and special offers.
- Maintain proper coordination between reception, stylists, makeup artists, beauticians, and other staff.
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, grooming, and salon standards.
- Monitor inventory, products, and stock requirements.
- Maintain daily reports related to sales, appointments, staff performance, and inventory.
- Help in achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build solid relationships with regular and new clients.
- Coordinate with the management regarding salon performance and operational requirements.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
