About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team at Pandssa Web Media. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their business requirements, introducing our digital marketing services, and generating qualified business opportunities for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and business owners.
- Introduce Pandssa Web Media and explain our digital marketing services.
- Understand the client's business, requirements, and marketing challenges.
- Identify and qualify potential leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and responses.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients until the next stage.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build a positive and professional relationship with prospects.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to communicate in Tamil and English.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior telecalling, sales, or business development experience is an added advantage.
