Position: Growth Manager

Location: Gurugram

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience Required: 4-6 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute growth strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement, activation, retention, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities for the D2C business.
- Analyze and optimize user funnels on our Shopify website and mobile app to improve conversion rates and overall user experience.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to identify trends, assess performance, and implement improvements across various channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with acquisition, web-development and marketing teams to align on goals, share insights, and drive cohesive growth initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize retention metrics, developing programs to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Experiment with new and creative growth tactics and strategies, including A/B testing,



to continually refine our approach.
- Report on growth initiatives and their impact, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 4-5 years of experience in growth marketing or similar roles, preferably within a Shopify-based or e-commerce environment.
- Solid analytical skills with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Mixpanel, Clevertap, Data Studio, etc).
- Experience in SEO, content marketing, retention marketing, omni channel journeys.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing user funnels and retention strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mentality.
