Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall performance of multiple Gold Loan branches.
- Drive Gold Loan disbursement, AUM, revenue and business targets.
- Set and monitor branch-wise targets and performance.
- Lead and motivate Branch Managers and Branch Executives.
- Monitor collections, overdue and NPA control.
- Ensure proper gold appraisal, documentation, loan processing and gold security procedures.
- Conduct regular branch visits and performance reviews.
- Analyse branch MIS and take corrective actions for underperforming branches.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Credit, Collections, Audit and HR teams.
- Handle customer escalations and operational issues.
- Support recruitment, training and development of branch teams.
- Ensure overall business growth,



profitability and operational efficiency of the zone.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in NBFC / Gold Loan / Banking.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Area / Cluster / Regional / Zonal-level management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Gold Loan operations and collections.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented and analytical mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned zone.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
