Job Summary

We are looking for a Gold Loan Executive to support the growth of the gold loan business in Vadodara.

The role will be responsible for customer acquisition, gold loan lead generation, customer relationship management, loan documentation coordination and business development. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of gold loan processes and be comfortable interacting with customers and generating business through field and branch-level activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new gold loan leads through field visits, references, existing customer networks and local market activities.
- Identify prospective customers and explain gold loan products, eligibility, process, interest rates, repayment options and related terms.
- Handle customer enquiries and guide customers through the gold loan application process.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for KYC, documentation, application processing and loan disbursement.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into gold loan business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing gold loan customers and identify opportunities for repeat business or additional requirements.
- Conduct local market visits to identify current customer segments and business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with local businesses, communities, professionals and referral sources to generate leads.
- Coordinate with the gold appraisal/operations team as required during the loan process.
- Ensure that customer documentation and application details are complete and submitted as per internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, disbursements and follow-ups.
- Support customer follow-ups related to repayment, renewals and other gold loan servicing requirements as assigned.
- Assist in achieving assigned monthly gold loan acquisition and business targets.
- Follow the Society's policies, KYC requirements and operational procedures at all times.




- Provide regular updates to management regarding business development, market activity and customer feedback.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Gold Loan, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Loan Sales or Branch Sales preferred.
- Candidates with direct experience in gold loan sourcing or gold loan operations will be given preference.
- Good understanding of gold loan products and the customer acquisition process.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good sales, negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with field visits and local customer acquisition.
- Knowledge of the Vadodara market will be an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer/application records.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be someone who can actively contribute to the growth of the Society's gold loan portfolio.

Candidates who are comfortable with both branch-based customer handling and field-level business development will be preferred.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and suitability
