Job Title: Purchase Executive – uPVC Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day purchase activities for uPVC doors, windows, profiles, and related manufacturing materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Source raw materials, hardware, accessories, packaging materials, and other production requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations, rates, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules from different vendors.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best possible price and terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
- Maintain complete records of material purchased, vendor name, quantity, rate, GST, cartage, and total purchase cost.
- Track pending orders and ensure timely delivery of materials as per production requirements.
- Coordinate with the Production, Stores, Accounts, and Management teams regarding purchase requirements.
- Monitor market prices and maintain a comparative purchase rate sheet for regular materials.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors when required.




- Verify material specifications and coordinate with Stores/Quality teams regarding quantity and quality of received material.
- Maintain proper documentation of quotations, POs, invoices, vendor details, and purchase records.
- Prepare regular MIS reports related to purchases, vendor rates, pending orders, and material requirements.
- Ensure purchases are made within the approved budget and company policies.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of uPVC manufacturing materials and hardware.
- Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to compare rates and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
- Experience in uPVC/window-door manufacturing or building-material industry will be preferred.

Experience: 3–5 years in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in uPVC, building materials, or manufacturing.

Qualification: Graduate preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
