Key Responsibilities

* Develop creative and engaging content ideas aligned with the brand strategy.

* Write scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, product explainers, educational videos, advertisements, and brand films.

* Create content in Malayalam and English and adapt messaging for different audiences.

* Provide creative direction for video shoots, including:

* Concept development

* Storyline

* Scene flow

* Dialogue / Voice-over

* Visual references

* On-screen text

* Call-to-action (CTA)

* Work closely with the marketing, design, video, and social media teams.

* Convert marketing objectives into compelling stories, concepts, and scripts.

* Create strong hooks, captions, taglines, campaign concepts, and social media copy.

* Research trends, competitors, audience behaviour, and relevant topics to generate fresh content ideas.

* Adapt content for different platforms, formats, and target audiences.

* Maintain consistency with the brand's tone, messaging, and positioning.

* Review and refine content based on performance, feedback, and campaign objectives.





* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative campaign ideas.

* Ability to create both informational and promotional content

* Ability to translate complex topics into simple, engaging content

* Understanding of current social media trends and content formats
