Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls professionally.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Provide information regarding hospital services, doctors, and appointments.
- Follow up with patients and maintain call records.
- Address patient queries and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Ensure a positive patient experience through effective communication.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Patient-friendly attitude and good interpersonal skills.
