Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP EWM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, support, and optimization of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. The consultant will drive warehouse transformation initiatives, support global deployments, and ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and other supply chain applications.

Solution Design & Implementation

- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and AMS engagements.
- Conduct business workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
- Configure warehouse processes including:
- - Inbound & Outbound Processing
- Putaway & Picking
- Replenishment
- Physical Inventory
- Handling Unit Management
- Wave Management
- Yard Management
- Labor Management
- Kitting & Value Added Services (VAS)

Integration & Supply Chain Processes

- Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, TM, and S/4HANA.
- Support RF Framework, Barcode Scanning, Fiori Mobility solutions, and Material Flow Systems (MFS).
- Collaborate with logistics, manufacturing, and warehouse teams to optimize operations.

Testing & Support

- Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live support activities.
- Perform incident analysis, root cause analysis,



and defect resolution.
- Manage L2/L3 production support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with business users, warehouse operations teams, and IT stakeholders.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership.
- Participate in presales, solutioning, estimation, and RFP activities.

Required Skills

- Robust expertise in SAP EWM (Embedded and/or Decentralized).
- Experience with:

- Warehouse Monitor
- Wave Management
- RF Framework
- Yard Management
- Physical Inventory
- Handling Unit Management
- Labor Management

- Integration knowledge across SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, TM, and S/4HANA.
- Experience in warehouse automation, barcode scanning, and Fiori-based warehouse solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of SAP consulting experience with 5+ years in SAP EWM.
- At least 2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementation projects.
- SAP EWM Certification preferred.

Preferred Experience

- SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM.
- Warehouse Automation and MFS.
- RFID, Labeling Systems, and Carrier Integrations.
- Global rollout and transformation programs.
- Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, or Oil & Gas industry experience
