About the Role

Humane Care Pharmaceuticals is looking for an organised and responsible Pharma Operations Manager to coordinate our sales and business operations across multiple cities.

The candidate will work directly with the Director and coordinate with a team of field sales executives to ensure smooth management of sales orders, purchase, stock, supply, billing and collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team operating across multiple cities.
- Collect and consolidate daily orders and sales requirements.
- Coordinate purchase requirements with suppliers/manufacturers.
- Monitor stock and ensure timely availability of products.
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery of orders.
- Coordinate with billing/accounts for invoicing.
- Track customer outstanding and payment collections.
- Follow up with sales executives on pending payments and orders.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain a central customer/order database.
- Track salesperson performance and order generation.
- Coordinate between sales, purchase, accounts, warehouse and management.
- Prepare city-wise and product-wise sales reports.
- Identify operational problems and ensure timely resolution.




- Assist the Director in monitoring overall business performance.

Candidate Requirements

- 3–7 years of experience in pharma sales, distribution or operations preferred.
- Experience with pharmaceutical products/distributors will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with billing, inventory or CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Should be responsible, trustworthy and comfortable working independently.

Key

This is not primarily a field-sales position.

The role is focused on managing the company's sales operations, purchase, supply, billing, collections and reporting.

The candidate will work directly with the Director and will have significant responsibility for ensuring that the company's day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Salary

Flexible depending on experience and capability.

Performance-based incentives may be offered.
