Officer - Field Operations will provide high quality field and logistics support for its program and project activities and events. He/She will be responsible for coordination, facilitation, data collection, documentation, and reporting and most importantly implementation of the program and projects on ground through community and key stakeholders’ participation.
Roles and Responsibilities of Field Officer (Generic):
- Conduct the respective thematic training sessions as co-facilitator.
- Hand-holding CRPs while working on the various thematic training programs in the community and incorporating the designated thematic lens to other thematic areas as well.
- Process documentation of day-to-day activities related to the program.
- Planning the schedule for field implementation of respective thematic based on inputs from the ground and community availability calendar.
- Ensure quarterly preparation of field calendar and to finalize the task for CRPs.
- Responsible for ensuring coordination with the implementation team, program team and for mentoring CRPs for on- ground implementation.
- Compliance to data collection process after every session.
- Manage strong relationships with key people in the community.
- Collaborate and facilitate the communication team for field related information to be published on social media.
- Responsible for building and maintaining the feedback loops from all stakeholders.
- Understanding of local government offices and liaison with key government officials and maintain a good rapport
- Understanding the government schemes at Taluka level and closely monitoring schemes and programs at project areas.
- Coordination & collaboration with local government stakeholders.
- Adhere to quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of program delivery.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate field activities to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Adhere to, monitor and manage the organizational budget assigned to the respective programs.

Education
Bachelors/ Masters in related disciplines such as Rural Development, Sociology, Social work, Development Studies, Gender studies or any social sciences
Years of Experience - 2 - 6 yrs relevant experience
Industry Background - Rural Development or Social Sector
Technical Expertise - Multilingual (Fluent Marathi is compulsory),Project management, Ability to drive (Mandatory),Tech Savvy (MS Office, IT gadgets)
