Senior Legal Executive

Experience: 5–6 Years Reporting To: Director / Management Location: Dadar

Salary- 50 K (Depend on Interview)

Sr. Legal Executive – Requirements

- Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate, Construction, Builder/Developer, Contractor, or Architectural Consultancy sector.
- Candidate should be capable of independently handling all legal matters related to the organization.
- Robust experience in MSME compliance and legal matters.
- Proven expertise in Debt Recovery Cases, including high-value recoveries.
- Hands-on experience in handling Arbitration Proceedings and dispute resolution.
- Sound knowledge of Real Estate laws, contracts, agreements, notices, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing,



and vetting legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
- Ability to coordinate with advocates, government authorities, and external legal consultants when required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and case management skills.
