Position Overview

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Marketing Professionals to join our team at the Gurugram location. Candidates should have relevant experience in the Manufacturing, Transformer, or Genset industry and strong knowledge of B2B marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across PAN India.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Support sales teams in business development and customer acquisition.
- Manage marketing campaigns, product promotions, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Prepare market reports, sales forecasts,



and MIS reports for management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Handle customer meetings and travel across India as required.
- Achieve assigned business and marketing targets.

Candidate Requirements

- MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution.
- 6–15 years of relevant experience in Marketing/Business Development.
- Relevant industry experience in Manufacturing, Transformer, or Genset is mandatory.
- Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel PAN India.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and industrial products.
- Candidates with a proven track record of achieving business targets will be preferred.
