Job Description: E-Commerce Executive

Job Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management

- Manage daily operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, inventory, and availability across marketplaces.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams for catalog updates, listing issues, and account-related concerns.

2. Order & Inventory Management

- Monitor daily orders, dispatches, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts.
- Monitor order processing and delivery performance.

3. Sales & Performance Monitoring

- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales across various channels.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze product-wise and marketplace-wise performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion rates, and product visibility.




- Assist in planning and executing marketplace promotions and offers.

4. Digital Marketing Coordination

- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Monitor advertising performance, budgets, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Assist in implementing SEO strategies and improving product discoverability.
- Support promotional campaigns during festive seasons and major sale events.

5. Customer Service & Issue Resolution

- Monitor customer feedback, product reviews, and ratings.
- Coordinate with customer support teams to resolve customer complaints and marketplace issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of listing, order, payment, and account-related concerns.

6. Website Management

- Assist in managing product listings, pricing, offers, and inventory on the company’s website.
- Coordinate with the website development and marketing teams for updates and improvements.
- Monitor website orders and ensure a smooth customer shopping experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
