Job Summary

AJM Consultancy is hiring a Telesales Executive to support our business development activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to prospective business and individual clients.
- Handle inbound calls
- Research and identify potential leads through online sources and business directories.
- Contact businesses for potential B2B partnerships and collaborations.
- Communicate with B2C prospects to understand their requirements.
- Introduce and explain the company's consultancy services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the consulting team.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, appointments and follow-ups.
- Update lead information in the company's CRM or tracking system.
- Coordinate with the sales and management team regarding client requirements.




- Work towards assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects and business partners.

Candidate Requirements :

- Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- Comfortable speaking with new customers and businesses over the phone.
- Basic computer and internet research skills.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn about the company's services.

Experience :

Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, business development, lead generation, customer service or inside sales is preferred.

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
