Position: Telecaller Executive
Department: Sales / Operations
Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Location: ITO, Hans Bhawan, New Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers, clients, NGOs, and potential leads.
- Explain company services, projects, and offers clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the sales and project team.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills





- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Computer.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with targets.
