Loan Field Executive – Job Description

Position: Loan Field Executive
Location: Nehru Place, Recent Delhi
Experience: 0–2 years | Freshers can apply
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month + attractive incentives
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Generate leads for business loans, working capital, secured and unsecured loans.
- Visit prospective clients and meet business owners/promoters.
- Understand the client's loan requirement and basic financial profile.
- Explain suitable loan and funding options.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, databases, and other channels.
- Collect preliminary documents and client information.
- Coordinate with the internal team for login, processing, approval, and disbursement.
- Follow up with clients regularly until loan disbursement.
- Maintain daily records of leads, meetings,



applications, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and loan-disbursement targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and generate referrals.

Requirements

- Graduate preferred; freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting new clients.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Word.
- Experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, field sales, or financial services is an advantage.
