Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining our products/services to potential customers, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce and explain company products/services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Schedule product demos or meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Convert prospective customers into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and closure.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer objections positively.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
