Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst – Accounting Software with a robust background in accounting to understand business requirements, assist in software implementation, and coordinate between clients and the technical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze client requirements related to accounting and business processes.
- Understand accounting workflows and translate them into software requirements.
- Assist in software implementation and execution.
- Prepare requirement documents, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with developers and testing teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
- Conduct software demonstrations and user training when required.
- Support software testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify and report functional issues and coordinate for resolution.




- Prepare meeting notes, reports, and project documentation.
- Provide support during client discussions and implementation activities.

Key Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting, business analysis, software implementation, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Understanding of accounting software / ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Good requirement-gathering and analytical skills.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of software testing and implementation.
- Good documentation and problem-solving skills.
