What You'll Own

- New brand and supplier relationships — sourced, pitched, and signed by you

- Your own pipeline, targets, and follow-through — no hand-holding

- Installation partner and dealer network expansion across new cities

- The negotiation room — you walk in and walk out with terms that work

What We Need

- 2–4 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development

- Automotive, retail,



or D2C background preferred

- Comfortable cold-opening with brands that have never heard of us

- Numbers-driven and self-directed — you know your conversion rate without checking

Compensation

- Base: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)

- + Monthly performance incentives

- Full time, on-site | Reporting to GTM Lead
