Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Interior Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves studying drawings and specifications, preparing quantity take-offs, obtaining vendor quotations, calculating material and labor costs, and preparing commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural, interior, MEP, and furniture drawings.
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
- Estimate material, labor, transportation, installation, and subcontractor costs.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare project-wise cost estimates and commercial proposals.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work to identify inclusions and exclusions.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, procurement teams, and vendors.
- Track changes in quantities, materials, specifications, and project scope.
- Maintain estimation databases for materials, labor rates, and vendor prices.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising project requirements.
- Assist in preparing budgets, tender submissions, and client quotations.




- Ensure estimates are accurate and submitted within deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials and construction methods.
- Positive understanding of BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of materials such as plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, hardware, glass, gypsum, flooring, paint, lighting, and furniture.
- Strong Excel skills and numerical ability.
- Good negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.(3+Years of exp in similar field)
- Experience in interior estimation, fit-out, or construction is preferred.
- Experience with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation/BOQ software is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
