We are looking for The Data Validation Analyst who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across the Business Intelligence ecosystem, including data warehouses, ETL pipelines, reports, dashboards, and analytical datasets. The role supports Finance and business stakeholders by validating financial and operational data, including cost centres, budgets, and reporting metrics, to ensure trusted business intelligence. Working closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Business Analysts, the analyst will identify data quality issues, reconcile data across multiple systems, and ensure dashboards accurately reflect business performance.

Responsibilities:





- Validate data loaded into the enterprise data warehouse.
- Reconcile data across multiple systems and sources
- Verify Power BI dashboards and reports against source data.
- Create and maintain data validation checklists and reconciliation reports.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate corrections

Required Skills & Experience:

2-5 years of experience in MIS, Financial Reporting, BI Reporting, or Data Validation.
Strong understanding of accounting concepts including Cost Centers, GL Accounts, Chart of Accounts, Budget vs Actual reporting, and Financial Statements.
Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
Experience working with Finance and Business Intelligence teams.

Location:

Hyderabad

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA (Finance), B.Com (Computers), Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
MBA (Finance) or Analytics is an added advantage.
