Roles & Responsibilities

- Operate production machines for Milk, Curd, Buttermilk, Butter, Ghee and Paneer
- Operate packing machines such as Milk Pouch Packing, Paneer Packing, Shrink Wrapping, and Sealing Machines
- Perform machine setup, changeovers and basic troubleshooting
- Complete daily production activities as per the production plan
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production and packing area

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma / Any Degree
- Minimum 1 year of Experience in production and packing machine operations is mandatory
- Knowledge of milk product processing equipment
- Basic machine troubleshooting skills
