Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop sheet metal components and assemblies.

- Prepare 3D models, fabrication drawings, and engineering documentation.

- Coordinate with Production and R&D; teams for product development.

- Optimize designs for manufacturing, quality, and cost efficiency.

- Support new product development and design improvements.

Job Overview

Ambinova Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer / CNC Laser Engineer to support our engineering, production, fabrication, and CNC laser cutting operations.

Key Responsibilities





- Operate and monitor CNC Laser Cutting Machines.
- Prepare and modify CAD drawings, DXF files, and cutting layouts.
- Handle machine setup, parameter selection, material loading, and production monitoring.
- Read and interpret mechanical/engineering drawings.
- Inspect components for dimensional accuracy and quality.
- Coordinate with design and production teams.
- Identify basic machine and production issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and material utilization reports.
- Follow workplace safety and quality procedures.
- Assist in fabrication, assembly, installation, and product development activities.

Job Description

- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks or similar CAD software preferred.
- Basic understanding of CNC laser cutting and sheet-metal fabrication.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a production environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
