Key Responsibilities

- Branch Operations: Manage overall day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth, disciplined, and efficient functioning.
- Admission & Revenue: Drive NEET/JEE admissions and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission and revenue targets.
- Lead Conversion: Monitor enquiries, leads, counselling, follow-ups, and conversions to improve the overall admission conversion rate.
- Student & Parent Relations: Maintain solid relationships with students and parents and ensure timely resolution of queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Branch Performance: Monitor key branch performance indicators including admissions, revenue, collections, student retention, and overall branch growth.
- Fee & Collection Management: Monitor fee collection, pending payments, and ensure timely follow-up for outstanding fees.
- Student Retention: Take initiatives to improve student satisfaction, engagement, retention, and continuation of courses.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports related to admissions, revenue, collections, enquiries, conversions, and branch performance to senior management.




- Process & Compliance: Ensure proper implementation of organizational policies, SOPs, admission processes, and operational guidelines.
- Growth & Improvement: Identify challenges and opportunities at the branch level and implement suitable strategies to improve admissions, revenue, student experience, and overall branch performance

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in education or coaching.
- Experience in NEET/JEE coaching institutes will be preferred.
- Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and MIS/CRM systems.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
