We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to oversee regional HR operations, end-to-end recruitment, and statutory compliance frameworks at our Hyderabad corporate/factory operations. You will act as a strategic partner to plant management, steering human capital alignment while maintaining smooth industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring cycle for factory workers, technical engineers, corporate executives, and managerial staff.
- HR Operations & Lifecycle: Oversee employee onboarding, operational tasking setup, continuous performance evaluations, and exit tracking.
- Statutory Compliance:



Enforce strict adherence to Indian labor laws, industrial factory acts, employment safety regulations, and local corporate filings.
- Employee Relations & Culture: Mitigate internal grievances, implement performance metrics, and foster a highly productive work workplace between plant floors and office teams.

Educational Requirements

- MBA or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or a highly related field.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Experience:

- HR Manager: 4 years (Preferred)
