Job Description:

EaseMyTrip is hiring an Executive / Senior Executive – Hotel Contracting & Supply Development to expand our hotel supply portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard current hotel partners across destinations.
- Negotiate competitive rates, commissions, margins and commercial terms.
- Manage hotel contracting, inventory, rates and promotional deals.
- Build strong relationships with hotel owners, chains and revenue managers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and hotel performance.

Requirements:

- 1–4 years of experience in hotel contracting, hotel supply, procurement, hotel sales, market management or travel trade.
- Strong knowledge of the hotel industry and destination-wise hotel landscape.
- Good negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
- OTA, travel industry or hotel-chain experience preferred.
